By 1932, one of the five remaining major airlines, and merged with the other four (Air Union, Compagnie Général Aéropostale / C.G.A., Compagnie Internationale de Navigation Aérienne / C.I.D.N.A., Société Général de Transports Aériens / S.G.T.A.) to create an air service named Société Général pour l’Exploitation des Lignes / S.G.E.L.A.
